These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "user") and IndexMyLink ("the Service", "we", "us", "our"), operated at indexmylink.com. By creating an account, submitting any URL, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

2. Description of the Service

IndexMyLink is a self-serve URL indexing tool. You submit URLs (web pages, blog posts, backlinks, PDFs, product pages, and similar) and we dispatch crawl requests in bulk to public crawling infrastructure so those URLs get discovered and crawled faster than they might organically. The Service runs on a prepaid credit model where one credit equals one URL submission.

Independence from Google. We describe the Service using the term "Google indexing" only because Google is the most widely known search engine and the term is what users search for. IndexMyLink is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Google LLC, and we do not represent Google or any search engine. "Google" and related marks belong to Google LLC. We do not access any private Google system on your behalf — we simply work with multiple public crawl signals to encourage bots from various sources to visit your URLs, which can result in faster indexing.

We only push crawl requests. We do not perform SEO for you. We do not create, host, own, edit, or control your pages, their content, or their backlinks. Dispatching a crawl request is the entire scope of the Service.

3. No guarantee of indexing or ranking

Indexing and ranking are decided by search engines, not by us. We do not and cannot guarantee that any submitted URL will be crawled, indexed, ranked, remain indexed, or achieve any particular position or traffic. Search engines apply their own quality filters and make their own decisions. No outcome is promised or implied. The Service expedites the crawl-request step only.

4. Account registration and security

You must register with a valid email address and keep your details accurate.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and API key, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in suspicious activity or in breach of these Terms.

5. Your responsibilities and warranties

You own, or have the full legal right to submit, every URL you push through the Service.
Your pages and their use comply with all applicable laws and with the published guidelines of the relevant search engines.
You will not submit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, malware, phishing, adult-exploitation, deceptive, or spam.
You accept that any penalty, filtering, deindexing, or other action a search engine takes against your site as a result of your own content or link practices is your responsibility, not ours.
You will not abuse, overload, resell without written permission, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service.

6. Credits, pricing and payments

The Service is prepaid. 1 credit = 1 URL submission. Credits do not expire while your account is active and are non-transferable between accounts.
Prices are shown in USD and charged in INR via Razorpay at the current conversion rate. No hidden fees — the price you see is the price you pay.
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). By paying you also agree to Razorpay's terms. We never see or store your full card details.
New accounts may request free trial credits, which are granted at our sole discretion and may be declined (for example, where abuse is suspected).
We may change pricing at any time; changes do not affect credits already purchased.

Payments are non-refundable. Credits are a digital product delivered instantly and consumed against an external crawl pipeline. All purchases are final and cannot be refunded, reversed, or exchanged for cash, except a genuine service failure on our side as described in the Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to submit URLs to sites you do not own or control; to manipulate or abuse search systems in violation of their rules; to distribute malware or fraudulent material; to interfere with the Service, its servers, or networks; or to use automated means to access the Service beyond the provided API. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled downtime may occur. If our engine is down and submissions cannot be dispatched, affected credits are protected and honoured once service resumes — this is a credit restoration, never a cash refund.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, features, text, and branding, is owned by IndexMyLink and protected by applicable law. You retain ownership of the URLs and content you submit. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IndexMyLink and its operators from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of the URLs or content you submit, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, rankings, or traffic, or for search-engine decisions. Our total aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms, without refund.
Credits may be forfeited upon termination for cause. We may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice to active users.

13. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms at any time; material changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
