This Privacy Policy explains what information IndexMyLink ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and your choices. By using the Service you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: your email address, or the Google account identifier you use to sign in, and a username.
- Usage data: the URLs you submit, submission counts, credit balance, order history, and timestamps.
- Technical data: your IP address and browser/user-agent, used for security, fraud and abuse prevention, and to detect duplicate free-trial signups.
- Payment data: handled entirely by Razorpay, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.
2. How we use your information
- To provide the Service and dispatch your URLs to crawl systems.
- To manage your account, credits, and payments.
- To prevent fraud and abuse (including detecting multiple free-trial accounts from the same IP).
- To communicate service notices, security alerts, and support responses.
3. The URLs you submit
URLs you submit are processed to dispatch crawl requests and are retained for your submission history and support. We do not sell them and do not use them for advertising.
4. Sharing and third parties
- Razorpay — payment processing.
- Google — optional sign-in (OAuth).
- Email/SMTP provider — to deliver verification codes and notifications.
- Search-engine crawl endpoints — where your URLs are dispatched.
We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Data retention
We keep account and usage data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account data via the Contact page.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Cookies
We use a single authentication cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
