These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and IndexMyLink (“the Service”, “we”, “us”), operated at indexmylink.com. By creating an account or submitting any URL, you agree to them in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to use the Service. By using it you confirm you meet these requirements.

2. What the Service actually does

We only push crawl requests. We do not do SEO for you. IndexMyLink takes the URLs you provide and dispatches them in bulk to crawling infrastructure on our servers, which signal search engines to crawl those pages. That is the entire scope of the Service. We do not create, host, own, edit, or control your pages, their content, or their backlinks.

3. No responsibility for your work or results

You are solely responsible for everything you submit and for the outcome. We are not responsible for the content, quality, legality, ownership, or consequences of the URLs, pages, backlinks, or campaigns you push through the Service. We do not control search engines and do not guarantee that any URL will be crawled, indexed, ranked, stay indexed, or perform in any way. Indexing and ranking are decided entirely by the search engines, not by us. No result is promised or implied.

4. Account registration

• You must provide a valid email and accurate information.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API key secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspicious activity or breach of these Terms.

5. Your responsibilities and warranties

• You own, or have the full legal right to submit, every URL you push.
• Your pages and their use comply with all applicable laws and with the search engines’ own guidelines.
• You submit no illegal, infringing, malware, phishing, adult-exploitation, or spam content.
• Any penalty, deindexing, filtering, or action a search engine takes against your site as a result of your own content or link practices is your responsibility, not ours.
• You will not abuse, overload, resell without permission, or reverse-engineer the Service.

6. Credits and payments

• Prepaid model. 1 credit = 1 URL push.
• Prices shown in USD, charged in INR via Razorpay at the current rate, plus applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). By paying you also accept Razorpay’s terms.
• New accounts may request free trial credits, granted at our discretion. Discount codes reduce price only.

Payments are non-refundable. Credits are a digital product delivered instantly. All purchases are final and cannot be refunded, reversed, or exchanged for cash, except a genuine service failure as described in our Refund Policy. Buy the smallest pack first and test with a few URLs before a large batch.

7. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. If our engine is down, submissions that could not be dispatched are queued or the affected credits protected once service resumes. This is a credit restoration, never a cash refund.

8. Intellectual property

The Service — its design, code, features, and branding — is owned by IndexMyLink. You keep ownership of the URLs and content you submit. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Service without our written consent.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or demand (including legal fees) arising out of the URLs or content you submit or your breach of these Terms.

10. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, lost rankings, lost traffic, lost revenue, penalties, or search-engine decisions. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

• You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
• We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, without refund.
• Credits may be forfeited upon termination for cause.
