Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. We sell prepaid credits — a digital, immediately-usable product — so all purchases are final and cannot be refunded, reversed, or exchanged for cash once completed.

We only dispatch crawl requests

The Service pushes your URLs to crawlers. Whether a page then gets indexed or ranked is decided by search engines, not by us — so a page not being indexed is never grounds for a refund.

Before you buy

• Request free trial credits and test the Service first.
• Start with the smallest pack. Push a few test URLs before a large batch.
• Indexing and ranking are never guaranteed for any URL.

Service outages

If our engine is down and a submission could not be dispatched, the affected credits are protected and honoured once service resumes. This is a credit restoration, not a cash refund.

Duplicate charges

If you were charged twice for the same order due to a technical error, contact us within 7 days with your payment reference and we will investigate.
